ICE Totally Gaming trade show is the most popular annual iGaming event in the world. It took place between February 7th and 9th at ExCel Center in London.
It was our first ICE this year and it was quite amazing! Delivering a record audited total attendance of 28,487, the expo gathers thousands of industry professionals from around the globe to see the latest innovations, game releases, and allowing developers like us to find new business opportunities.
The annual trade show completely takes over the whole of the London ExCeL Center, a mere 100,000 m2 of exhibition floor space, for a full 3 days. Definitely the biggest trade show we have attended.
When entering the convention, the first thing that comes to mind is how massive this industry is. When walking down the aisles you realize there are many actors in different sectors of the industry.
All the big land-based and online software developers were there, with the likes of Microgaming, Playtech, NetEnt and Leander competing for floor space with Novomatic, IGT and Scientific Gaming (WMS).
ICE gave us a chance to interact with a mound of industry players, developers, and gather tons of ideas and knowledge. We met some of the most amazing people, potential partners, and prospect customers.
We are already looking forward to returning to ICE next year and wondering how we can apply the things we have learned to surpass our customers’ expectations next year.
