PearFiction Studios is looking for a highly talented Marketing Manager to own the planning, execution, and analysis of our marketing strategy. PearFiction Studios is growing at lightning speed and we need you to help us!

You will be responsible for: 

  • Managing all levels of Content Writing aspects for the company including; Game Descriptions, Press Releases, Interviews, Social Media Posts, Game Sales Sheets, Newsletters and assist with other internal matters related to writing
  • Handling all external communications related to Social Media and external media coverage
  • Managing suppliers and third parties when it comes to merchandise and media outlets
  • Coordinate game announcements and other communications, game releases, and promotional activity
  • Suggesting any improvements to the company and game image
  • Drive any external development towards any site projects, including any design and Search Engine Optimization work
  • Help with organizing client facing and conference events
  • Research, play, and study casino games to stay up-to-date with market trends and competition

Essential experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
  • 3+ years of hands on of marketing experience with established companies
  • Excellent Knowledge of Social Media with proven hands on experience
  • Excellent creative skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Highly organized, experienced multitasker and delivering to tight deadlines
  • Passion for slot games including an excellent understanding of the online slot games industry and trends
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite and Photoshop
  • Experience working with project tracking tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt

Desirable experience: 

  • Experience in using WordPress and/or any CMS based sites
  • Experience with Slot Game Streamers
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay abreast of Social Media trends
  • Avid Slot Game player and/or fan of Casino Games
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
  • The role will be remote-based initially, but preference will be given for candidates who are in Montreal, Canada and/or who are able to relocate once our offices will re-open
  • Preference will be given for candidates with experience in developing online casino games
